The all-inclusive tour price of $59,500 per person, double occupancy (single supplement adds $5,250) includes the following:
IMPORTANT NOTE: Baggage services include the transportation and porterage of up to three average-sized suitcases (with a maximum total weight of 100 Ibs.) per passenger. PLEASE NOTE that, while every effort will be made to safeguard your possessions, baggage and personal effects are carried at owner's risk-throughout the tour.
NOT INCLUDED IN THE QUOTED PRICE: gratuities to the Tour Director, Tour Managers and Baggage Master (a decision best left to personal discretion); passport costs; alcoholic beverages for à la carte meals; personal expenses such as laundry or communication charges; insurance coverage.
REGISTRATION Early registration is essential. A deposit of $5,000 per person is required at the time you make your reservation. A second deposit of $10,000 per person is due May 02, 2001. The balance of the tour cost is due July 16, 2001. DEVIATIONS Under government regulations, internally planned deviations from approved inclusive tour charter itineraries, or any price adjustment for such deviations, are not allowed.
CANCELLATIONS Cancellations received prior to May 02, 2001 will be subject to a $5,000 per person cancellation fee. Cancellations received from May 03 to July 15, 2001 will be subject to a $15,000 per person cancellation fee. As of July 16, 2001 the full cost of the tour is non-refundable. We strongly recommend the purchase of travel insurance against unforeseen circumstances which may cause you to cancel your tour.
ARRANGEMENTS Quoted tour prices include planning, handling and operational charges, and are based on the current rate of exchange and tariff as of September, 2000. In the event of a marked increase in foreign exchange, tariff rates or fuel costs, prices are subject to revision. See OperatorParticipant Contract for further details.

Photography on Tour A&K reserves the right to take photographs or videos during the operation of any tour or part thereof; and to use the resulting photography for promotional purposes. By booking a reservation with A&K, tour members agree to allow their image to be used in such photography; tour members who prefer that their image not be used are asked to identify themselves to their Tour Director at the commencement of their tour.
Limits of Responsibility INDEPENDENT SUPPLIERS Abercrombie Et Kent International, Inc. is an Illinois corporation based in Oak Brook, Illinois. It purchases transportation, hotel accommodations, restaurant and other services from various independent suppliers (including, but not limited to, other Abercrombie Er Kent companies) that are not subject to its control. ABERCROMBIE Et KENT INTERNATIONAL, INC. CANNOT, THEREFORE, BE LIABLE FOR DEATH, PERSONAL INJURY OR ANY OTHER LOSS that may occur (1) due to any act or omission of any such supplier, (2) by reason of any other event over which it has no control. Payment of the tour cost constitutes your acceptance of the Terms and Conditions set out herein and in more specific pre-tour passenger documentation, including the Reservation Confirmation Form.
