Air Program General

Disney Cruise Vacations acts as sales agent for contracted air carriers. All packages include round trip economy air transportation from most North American cities to and from a Central Florida airport as well as motorcoach to and from the Walt Disney World Resort and Port Canaveral. Guests who choose to provide their own air and ground transportation will be credited with a $250 per guset transportation allowence. For guests not using our Air Program, transfers may be purchased separately.

Gateways

Space may be limited from certain gateway cities. The availability of any gateway city may be restricted or withdrawn without prior notice. For reservations made within 35 days of departure, the Air Program is on a request basis only.

Add-On Costs

Air add-ons, where indicated, will be added to the applicable vacation fare and are subject to change vathout prior notice. Related taxes and fees may be assessed, where applicable.

Air Transportation

Air and ground transportation will be arranged to and from a Central Florida airport in accordance with the scheduled vacation dates. Disney Cruise Vacations reserves the right to designate the air carrier, including commuter and charter service, routing, and schedule from each city.

Flight Confirmation & Flight Schedule Changes

Flight schedules are confirmed by Disney Cruise Vacations upon ticketing. Guests are advised to reconfirm flights and times within 48 hours of departure directly with the assigned air carrier. Disney Cruise Vacations is not responsible for seat assignments, special meal requests, frequent flyer informaton or other similar airline-related matters and recommends that these be handled by the guest or travel agent directly with the airline. Disney Cruise Vacations is not responsible for airline schedule changes, cancellations, rerouting or any disruptions of scheduled services once air documents have been issued.

Flight Restrictions

Airfares may include contract, promotional, non-refundable, or group fares. Tickets issued are highly restrictive and may not be reissued, revalidated, or exchanged for another carrier or routing. penalties for cancellations or rebookings resulting from a change made by the guest must be paid by the guest. Tickets are refundable only to Disney Cruise Vacations. Travel is on a round-trip, economy class basis. Guests traveling together may not be tcketed on the same airline or routing.

Overnight Hotel Accommodations

Due to arrival/departure times and availability, it may be necessary for guests to stay overnight en route to or from their vacation at a location other than their destination. In such event, Disney Cruise Vacations reserves the right to offer complimentary accommodations in its discretion. Guests will be responsible for their own meals, incidentals and all other expenses.

Layover/Rerouting

Disney Cruise Vacations will not be responsible for changes in flight schedules made other than through our special air request desk. Penalties for cancellations or rebookings resulting from a change made by the guest will be incurred by the guest. Consult Signature Travel 215-483-3080 for assistance.

Airline Baggage Restrictions

It is the right of each air carrier to limit the number and size of articles checked onto the aircraft and to assess excess baggage charges where appropriate. The guest will be responsible for these charges upon check-in at the airport.

Special Air Requests

Special air requests for upgrades, extended stays and early or late flights will be made subject to availability and confirmaton, for a non-refundable fee of $50 per person (subject to change). Additional airline charges may also apply. Requests must be made in writing to Disney Cruise Vacatons special air request desk at least 60 days prior to departure for individual reservations. Guests not utilizing our Air Program may forfeit complimentary transfers and/or hotel accommodations, if applicable.

Children age two accompanied by 2 adults in the same stateroom will be charged $275.00 for airfare and ground transportion, plus applicable air add-ons.

No changes will be permitted to any air booking 30 days or less prior to departure.

Questions & Answers

We've never been on a cruise. What do we need to know?

First, relax - that's the point of your vacation. With Disney Cruise Line, you'll find your ticketing, air transportation and transfers (if you chose our Air Program), your stateroom accommodations, meals and entertainment on board have all been arranged. All you need to do is pack - and you don't need to bring much, because the atmosphere is casual and informal. And if necessary, you can purchase almost anything you need right on board.

Do I need a paseport to travel?

All U.S. and Canadian citizens must travel with proof of citizenship, which is a valid passport, or certified birth certificate with a picture identification, or a certified naturalization certificate with a picture identification. Acceptable forms of picture identdication are state or provincial driver's license with a picture, or federal, state, province or local government photo I.D. card. All guests who are non-U.S. citizens residing in the United States will be required to travel with their Alien Registration Card (Green Card) and valid passports. All other guests must have valid passports and necessary visas at time of embarkation. Travel documents required throughout the vacation are the responsibility of the guest. Please consult with your travel agent, government agencies, embassies or consulates to determine documentary requirements. Any guest traveling without proper documentation will not be allowed to board the vessel and no refund of cruise fare will be issued.

Should I bring Cash, credit cards, foreign currency?

Transactions on board the Disney Magic are in U.S. dollars. In the Baharnas, U.S. dollars and major credit cards are accepted almost everywhere. But you won't need to bring much cash (except for shoreside purchases), because Disney Cruise Line has a convenient "cash-free system" on board the ship. When you arrive at the Walt Disney World. Resort or at the Disney Cruise line Teminal at Port Canaveral, your signature will be requested for check-in. At this time you may also present a credit card (American Express., MasterCard, Visa, or The Disney Credit Card which will give you charging privileges at both the Walt Disney World Resort and aboard the Disney Magic. You,ll be able to sign for any purchases on the ship, including beverage services, spa, salon services, photography, medical and laundry services, purchases from our retail shops, gratuities and any item or service of a personal nature. All charges must be settled before your resort departure and debarkation from the ship by cash, personal check travelers checks, American Express, Visa, Mastercard or The Disney Credit Card (Any other expenses are payable on demand) Note: Credit card payments are subject to credit clearance, and personal checks must be accompanied by a valid U.S. driver's license and a major credit card.

What should I pack?

In short the less the better. The Walt Disney World Resort and the Disney Magic offer a casual, informal resort atmosphere. Lightweight shorts, slacks, sundresses, jeans and tops are all appropriate in the Baharnas and Central Florida during the summer months, while in the winter, a light jacket, sweater and socks may be needed for cooler days and nights. Bring comfortable shoes - like boatshoes, sandels or sneakers. But leave your expensive jewerly and black tie stuff at home - you won't need to dress up for dinner (except for Lumiere's restaurant, where it is suggested that men wear jackets and ladies wear dresses or pantsuits). Bring prescription medicines in original containers, an extra pair of glasses or contact lenses and your camera. And don't forget swimwear sungasses, a sunhat or visor and sunscreen - especially for kids. Of course, if you do forget something, you can buy it on board.

Will I enjoy this cruise vacation as an adult?

Of course! Just as the Walt Disney World Resort is the number one vacation destination for adults - including honeymooners, seniors, couples and famalies - with and without kids, the Disney Magic has something for everyone, separately and together The Disney Magic has been specifically designed so that kids over three have their own separate areas of supervisied activity away from adults. You'll hardly be aware they are on board. So you can enjoy the traditional features of cruising that make it such a wonderful adult experience. Plus we've created some specific areas and entertainment that adult guests will find particularly attractive. On the Disney Magic, adult-oriented areas include the adult pool, the spa and fitness center, Beat Street entertainment district and Palo (18 years or older), an intimate restaurant serving Italian cuisine. On Disneys Castaway Cay there's a private adult beach and outdoor massage cabanas.

Should I buy travel insurance?

We stronoy recommend the purchase of the Disney Cruise Vacations Protection Plan that provides baggage, trip cancellation/interruption and medical expense coverage for your vacation. Remember, most major medical policies do not provide coverage outside the U.S. See Terms and Conditions section for details.

Can I park at Port Canaveral?

If you prefer to drive to your cruise, the Canaveral Port Authority provides outdoor parking at the pier. Parking is $18 for the 3-night cruise and $24 for the 4-night cruise. Rates are subject to change.

Can I call home from the ship?

You can direct dial anywhere in the world right from your stateroom. Ship-to-shore rates apply and will be posted in your stateroom.

What's a muster, and do I have to go?

To comply with Coast Guard and international safety regulations, everyone on board the ship must participate in a compulsory safety drill before departure. And that includes you - and every member of your family.

There's so much to do on the ship! How will I know what's going on and when?

On your cruise, you can Discover Unchartered Magic of your own. A complete listing of all activities, adventures and entertainment will be available upon arrival in your stateroom. Guest Services and the youth staff will be happy to assist you to develop a customized itinerary for your one-of-a-kind voyage.

Is there babysitting and child care on board?

Of course! Supervised children's adventures and activities are available on the ship from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. for children ages 3-12. Supervised care available for a fee from 10 p.m. to 1 am. Parents sign their children in and out of the programs. Younger children must be potty trained in order to participate. Activities have been designed for teens as well as ages 13-17. Teens do not need to be signed in and out by parents. There is no additional charge for these plained activities. In-stateroom baby-sitting is available for a charge, based on availability. Further information, including scheduling and pricing is available once on board.

Can I work away from home (business service)?

We know how important it is for business people, even when they are on vacation, to keep in touch with responsibilities at the office. You'll find a full range of business services at the Walt Disney World Resort and on board the ship available for an additional charge, including facsimile transmissions, document preparation, group presentations assistance, copies, AV equipment, and computer access services. There are data line hookups for your PC in your stateroom on board. On the Disney Magic, ship-to-shore calling rates apply.

I hear dining onboard is an incredable experience. What's cookin?

Cruises are famous for great food, but only the Disney Magic features three spectacular main restaurants where dining is a total artistic experience: Animator's Palate, Lumiere's and our island-inspired restaurant. Each evening of the cruise, guests will rotate to one of the three restaurants and dine with the same table guests and servers. You don't have to dress up for dinner, except at Lumiere's, where jackets are suggested for men and ladies should wear a dress or pantsuit. There are two seatings for dinner: Main and Second seating. Since seating times are limited, you should ask your travel agent to request one of these times when you book your vacation package or cruise. Disney Magic also features an adult only alternative dinner restaurant called Palo. Dining hours for Palo are 6:00 p.m. - 11:00 p.m. Reservations are required, and taken (once on board) on a first-come, first-served basis. Palo dining is limited to guests 18 and older. There is a service charge of $5.00 per guest for gratuities. Breakfast and lunch are served in our island-inspired resturant and Lumiere's. There's also an indoor./outdoor Topsider Buffet for casual poolside dining during breakfast and lunch. Kids menus are available in the restaurants. In addition an informal dinner buffet will be offered for children who are participating in the supervised program during the dinner hour.

Is room service available?

Would you care for breakfast in bed or a sandwich at midnight? You can order room service 24-hours a day on board the Disney Magic. From 7:00 am. - 10:00 a.m., complimentary continental breakfast will be delivered to your stateroom upon request. For guests occupying suites, a full breakfast is served upon request from 7:00 a.m. - 10:00 a.m. At the Walt Disney World Resort, a full or limited room service menu is available (at additional charge), depending on the Resort you've selected.

I'm on a special diet. Can I get it on board?

Low sodium meals, Kosher meals and certain other special diet-restricted meals will be available. On the Disney Magic, dietary requests should be made at time of booking. At the Resort, dietary needs may be accommodated at most full-service restaurants if requested 24-hours in advance.

What is the policy on alcoholic beverages?

The drinking age aboard the ship is 21. Valid photo I.D. required. Disney Cruise Line reserves the right to refuse sale and/or service to anyone.

Do I need an electrical converter?

All stateroom outlets are 110V/60Mhz. Standard U.S. electrical appliances will work on board. There's a hair dryer in every stateroom bathroom.

What if I run out of film?

You won't because you can buy film at our photo shop on board, which also offers photography services and a limited selection of cameras and accessories. Of course, with so many exciting photo ops' happening on board, you might wonder if you can cover it all. But don't feel pressured to keep your camera handy. Our photographers will wander the ship, putting your fun and excitement on film. You'll find their photos displayed for purchase at the photo shop. Film and quality photo finishing services are available throughout the Walt Disney World Resort.

How about golf?

During your stay at the Walt Disney World Resort, you can tee off at any of five championship golf courses. On board the Disney Magic, improve your swing and technique at our golf net on the Sports Deck.

What can we buy?

O.K. Your husband forgot to pack his bathing suit. And your kids can't exist for another moment without one of those Disney Cruise Line logo shirts and you need to pick up a botfle of sunscreen, postcards and a few nice gifts for friends back home. Then there's that exquisite gold watch you've been yearning for. You'll find all these items and more at our duty-free and retail shops.

Did you say there's a shop on board? Ahhh lead me to it!

The Disney Magic has one of the largest and most elaborate spa and fitness centers at sea, with programs ranging from a simple facial to a full range of treatments to relax and refresh your body and soul. Spa, hair salon, massage and beauty shop charges are additional and may be charged to your onboard cruise card.

Is there laundry service?

Laundry services are available at your Walt Disney World Resort hotel and we suggest you take advantage of them if you have a lot of laundry to do during your stay. On board, laundry and dry-cleaning services (with stateroom pickup) are available for a charge. There is also a self-service Guest Laundry Room with coin-operated washers, dryers, detergent and ironing equipment. For safety reasons, irons or steamers may be used in the laundry room only.

Is there a doctor in the house?

For your convenience, a physician and nurse are on-call 24-hours a day on every cruise to provide basic medical services. The physician and nurse will charge their standard prevailing fees for these services. Also, please bring an adequate supply of any prescription drugs (in their original containers) you require and keep them in your carry-on luggage.

Can I bring visitors onboard the ship?

Sorry, but for security and safety reasons, we can't allow any visitors aboard the Disney Magic.

Help! I'm really confused about tipping?

We'll make it easy. Of course, you should never feel that a reward is automatically expected from you. But it is customary to give gratuities in recognition of service, which you will most likely be treated to in abundance aboard the Disney Magic. As a guideline, may we suggest the following:

For your convenience, a 15% gratuity is automatically added to bar, beverage, wine and deck service tabs. All gratuities can be charged to your shipboard cruise card. At the Walt Disney World Resort, 15% is the customary gratuity at restaurants and bars.

Is there a limit for duty-free purchases?

You'll find lots of exciting duty-free shopping right on board in our shops as well as on shore in Nassau! Each U.S. resident aboard Disney Cruise Line returning from the Bahamas to the U.S. can bring back up to U.S. $400 worth of duty-free merchandise (retail price) per guest. You must fill out a U.S. Customs Declaration, delivered to your stateroom the night before the cruise ends, and submit it to U.S. Customs upon debarkation. Each guest 21 years and older may include 1(one) liter of liquor and 1(one) carton of cigarettes duty free. These limits are requirements of U.S. law and are subject to change.

Can we celebrate a special occasion?

Whether you're celebrating an anniversary, birthday, honeymoon, or other special occasion, please have your Travel Agent advise us of such occasions at least three weeks prior to departure. We will be happy to celebrate the occasion in the dinning room.

Will we get to see Disney characters on board?

We thought you'd never ask! On board, the beloved Disney Characters appear like magic in an array of different settings including lively stage shows, enchanting storytelling events, plenty of meet and greet and photo opportunities, and other special activities, especially in kids' areas at Disney's Oceaneer's Adventure and on Disney's Castaway Cay. These are magical moments to remember forever - only on Disney Cruise Line!

Terms & Conditions

Ticket/Cruise Contract

Your ticket is the Cruise Contract which is enclosed in every document package. Carefully read your Cruise Contract as it contains important Terms and Conditions which govern your cruise vacation. It must be signed by all guests upon check-in at the Walt Disney World Resort hotel or pier.

Minors

Minors under the age of 18, not traveling with a parent or legal guardian, must be accompanied by an adult over the age of 21 and must have the Cruise Contract signed by a parent or legal guardian. The signed Cruise Contract must be received upon Resort check-in or embarkment. After 8 p.m. Beat Street is restricted to guests 18 years or older.

Baggage, Valuables and other Possessions

Each guest may bring aboard the ship a reasonable amount of clothing and personal effects without charge, not to exceed two bags per person. All guest baggage must be stored in the guest's stateroom and must be labeled wiith the Disney Cruise Line baggage tag. Dangerous or illegal articles such as weapons, explosives, oxygen, combustible substances or non-prescription controlled substances may not be brought to the Walt Disney World Resort or taken aboard the ship. Any such items shall be surrendered to the Master of the vessel at embarkation, and may be disposed of at the sole discretion of the Master.

Deposit/Payment Information

A deposit of $200.00 per guest is required to confirm a reservation. Vacation and cruise packages are subject to cancellation if deposits are not received in our office within the option period specified at time of booking. Final payment in the form of a check or credit card (American Express, Mastercard, Visa, and The Disney Credit Card) must be received at least 60 days prior to arrival. Cancellations/Refunds

Cancellations must be made by telephone or in writing. A verbal cancellation must be confinned in writing within ten (10) days. Changes to the vacation commencement date or changes of guest names will be considered cancellations. If the cancellation request is received 60 or more days prior to the vacation commencement date, 100% of the amount of the vacation price paid will be refunded. Cancellation requests received less than 60 days prior to the vacation commencement date will be assessed penalties as follows, regardless of resale of stateroom or hotel room:

No refunds will be made in the event of interruption or cancellation by the guest after vacation commencement date. All appropriate refunds will be made directly to the guest's credit card account or through the guest's travel agent if the reservation is made through a travel agent. Disney Cruise Vacations is not responsible for the receipt of refund moneys by guests from their Travel Agents. All travel documents including airline tickets must he returned before refund processing can begin. Please note that certain travel agents may withhold an agency cancellation fee. For your peace of mind, we recommend the purchase of Disney Cruise Vacations Protection Plan.

Claims/Notice Requirements/Time Limits

No claim for delay, personal injury, illness, emotional distress or death of a guest, or for loss of or damage to any property of a guest may be brought against Disney Cruise Line unless written notice of such claim is provided to Disney Cruise Line within six (6) months after the date of the event upon which such claim is based (within thirty (30) days after the termination of the cruise for a claim of property loss or damage); and, no legal action may be brought against Disney Cruise Line for delay, detention, personal injury, illness, emotional distress or death of a guest or for loss of or damage to any property of a guest unless such legal action shall be commenced within one (1) year from the date of the event upon which such claim is based (within one (1) year after the termination of the cruise for a claim for property loss or damage), and legal process relating to such action is served on Disney Cruise Line within one hundred twenty (120) days after filing, notwithstanding any provision of law of any state, territory, possession or country to the contrary. All legal actions arising out of or relating to a Disney Cruise Line vacation shall be brought, if at all, and maintained exclusively in and before any court of competent jurisdiction located in Brevard County, Florida, to the exclusion of courts located in any other county, state, country, territory or possession what so ever. The only exception to this choice of forum is when and if Disney Cruise Line asserts a petition for exoneration from or limitation of liability. Disney Cruise Line's liability for loss of or damage to property of any guest is limited to the amount of $300 per guest, unless upon embarkation a guest declares the true value of the property in writing and pays 5% of the true value declared in excess of $300 to Disney Cruise Line, in which case Disney Cruise Line's liability will be limited to the true value declared not to exceed $5,000. All settlements will be made based on actual cash value (replacement cost, less depreciation) up to the U.S. $300/$5,000 limits of Disney Cruise Line's liability. Losses due to ordinary wear and tear, perils of the sea and acts of God are not reimbursable. Disney Cruise Line shall in no event be liable for the loss of or damage to cash, negotiable securities, gold, silverware, jewelry, ornaments, works of art, or other valuables unless the same have been deposited with the Master who issued a written receipt therefor. In the event of such deposit, Disney Cruise Line's liability for loss or damage thereof shall be limited as otherwise provided in this paragraph.

Walt Disney World Check-in; Disney Magic Embarkation

Check-in time for Walt Disney World Resort hotels is normally after 3:00 p.m. For guests arriving early, luggage arrangements can be made so guests can visit Theme Parks or enjoy resort amenities. It is recommended that necessary items including medications, in their original containers, be packed in your day bag. Walt Disney World Resort hotels check-out time is nonnafly before 11:00 a.m. Disney Magic embarkation begins at 1:00 p.m. Guests are required to be on board the ship at least one hour before scheduled sailing time.

Included In Vacation Fare

Cruise vacation fares include shipboard aocommodations on a per guest basis, and all meals and entertainment as provided on board the vessel. For 7-day vacation packages, the fare also includes resort accommodations, unlimited admission to Walt Disney World Theme Parks and attractions, except where separately priced, and unlimited use of the Walt Disney World transportation system for the length of the resort stay. The vacation fare also includes round-trip economy airfare between the originating gateway city and a mid-Florida destination with ground transfers. (See Air Program and Transfer Information for details.) The cruise portion of the fare does not include shore excursions, sightseeing or meals ashore in Nassau, gratuities, alcoholic beverages, soft drinks, bottled water, laundry or valet services, or any other items. The cruise portion of the fare also does not include Governmental and Other Charges and Fees, which consist of (a) NAFTA tax, intenational departure tax, airport facility charge, passenger wharfage tariff, head tax, and island fee; (b) charges for dockage, lines, security, pilotage, port agency, stevedoring, water, and harbor dues, which are calculated based on projected ship occupancy of approximately 2300 passengers per cruise; and (c) Customs and immigration fees. The resort portion of the fare does not include meals, beverages, or any other item of personal nature.

Theme Park Admission

For guests who purchase the 7-day packages, all applicable admission media will be provided at the front desk of the Walt Disney World Resort hotel upon check-in. Admissions for the Magic Kingdom Park, Epcot, Disney-MGM Studios, and Disney'sAnimal Kingdom (scheduled opening 1998), Typhoon Lagoon, Pleasure Island, River Country, and Blizard Beach are valid from the day of Resort check-in through the day of Resort check-out. Admission media are not valid for special ticket events or separately priced attractions. The type and features of admission media are subject to change.

Cruise Health Considerations

By boarding the Disney Magic, guests represent themselves as physically and otherwise fit to travel. If you have a medical condition which requires you to take prescription medication or may require you to obtain medical care during the course of your cruise vacation, please consult with your personal physician prior to traveling. Once your physician's comments have been received, please call us with any questions or concerns you may have and to advise us of your physician's recommendations. For your convenience, a physician and nurse are on call 24-houis a day on every cruise to provide basic medical services. The physician and nurse are not employees or representatives of Disney Cruise Line and will charge their prevailing fees for services provided at your request. Decisions regarding medical care and treatment are personal and confidential and as such, are strictly between the guest and physician and nurse. Disney Cruise Line is not liable for any death, personal injury, illness or emotional distress caused by reason of any treatment, diagnosis, advice, examination, prescription or other service provided by such medical personnel, or, by the failure of such medical personnel to provide any treatment, diagnosis, advice, examination, prescription or other service. The ship's Master has the right at any time to require any guest to disembark for medical reasons, and compliance is mandatory. Disney Cruise Line reserves the right to refuse passage to women in the last trimester of pregnancy, and cannot be held responsible or liable for any complications relafing to pregnancy.

Bahamaian Holidays Shopping

Retail establishments in destination ports may be closed for certain holidays.

Right to Change Itinerary/Detention

Disney Cruise Line may in its sole discretion and without prior notice change, substitute, postpone, cancel or deviate from any scheduled sailing, itinerary or call at any port, and may substitute another vessel for the disney Magic, and shall not be liable for any loss or damage incurred by guests as a result of any such change, substitution, postponement, cancellation or aviation. The guest shall pay any and all expenses incurred if a guest is detained on board ship or elsewhere at any stage of a voyage because of quarantine, port regulations, prevailing applicable law, illness or other cause.

Pets

No animals are allowed on board Disney Magic.

Refusal of Passage

Disney Cruise Line may refuse to transport or may disembark at any port any guest who may be suffering from a contagious or infectious disease, ill health or whose presence in the opinion of the Master may be detrimental to the comfort or safety of other guests or the crew, or who, in the Master's opinion, might be excluded from landing at destination by Immigration or other Governmental Authorities. In such cases the guest shall not be entitled to any refund of fare or compensation whatsoever.

Stateroom Occupancy

Occupancy of stateroom on board Disney Magic is limited to the number of berths in that stateroom. Disney Cruise Line reserves the right to limit the number of berths and single staterooms sold.

For guests on the Disney Cruise Vacations Air Program, ground transfers are included in your vacation package to and from the Walt Disney World Resort (if 7-day package has been purchased), Port Canaveral and the airport. Guests who have made their own air arrangements have the option of purchasing ground transfers from Disney Cruise Vacation. Ground transfers included are to and from the Walt Disney World Resort (7-day package has been purchased), Port Canaveral and the airport. Please note that those guests not on the Disney Cruise Vacations Air Program or that do not purchase ground transfers from Disney Cruise Vacations are responsible for all ground transportation and baggage transfers to and from Port Canaveral and the Walt Disney World Resort hotel, if applicable. We recommend that you allow a minimum of four hours at the beginning and end of your cruise for travel time, custorm clearances and security checks at Port Canaveral and the airport.

Guarantee of Rate

Disney Cruise Vacations reserves the right to change all prices which appear in this brochure without prior notice. Such price changes will not affect bookings with paid deposit or timely final payment, except where the increase results from increases in Govemmental and Other Charges and Fees.

Multiple Berth Guests

Adults and children occupying third through seventh berths will pay the applicable rate. Children 2 years and under staying in the same resortroom and stateroom with 2 or more paying guests will be assessed no charge for the resort room and stateroom. However, Govemmental and Other Charges and Fees will apply to each guest.

Single Occupancy Rate

Single occupancy fares are available upon request, subject to availability, Guests booking categories 5 through 12 will be charged 175% of the package price. Categories 1 through 4 will be charged 200% of the package price. Rates are subject to change.

Smoking / Non-Smoking Policy

For the comfort and enjoyment of our guests, Disney Magic has been primarily designated as a non-smoking ship. However, we recognize that some of our guests smoke. Therefore, to provide an on board atmosphere that also satisfies smokers, we have designated smoking areas in many of our lounges and on all open-air decks and private verandahs. Disney Cruise Line kindly asks all guests to please observe the non-smoking areas and to refrain from smoking pipes and/or cigars in any of the public areas. These requests are made to provide a comfortable shipboard living atmosphere for everyone.

Vacation Providers

Magical Cruise Company, Limited. (doing business as Disney Cruise Line), DCL Island Development, Ltd., and Disney Cruise Vacations, Inc., (doing business as Disney Cruise Vacations) are each separate entites and are indirect subsidiaries of The Walt Disney Company. Disney Cruise Line is the owner and operator of the Disney Magic. DCL Island Development, Ltd. is the operator and provider of all facilities and excursions on Disney's Castaway Cay. Disney Cruise Vacations acts as the sales agent for Disney Cruise Line in booking or confirming arrangements for passangers on the Disney Magic. In booking or confirming arrangements for: (a) air or ground transportation or travel; (b) shore excursions; (c) tours; (d) restaurants, or (e) other similar activities or services, Disney Cruise Vacations acts as sales agent for others who own, furnish, operate, conduct or provide such services and activities, In booking or confirming arrangements for theme parks, entertainment and other services at the Walt Disney World Resort, as well as hotels, Disney Cruise Vacations acts as a purchaser/reseller of such accommodations, devices and activities. Disney Cruise Vacations shall not be liable or responsible in any way for any act or omission arising from or in connection with such accommodations, services or activities. The liability of the provider of such accommodations, services and activities may be governed by and determined in accordance with limitations contained in applicable tariffs, laws, conventions or contracts governing guest's relationship with such provider. Disney Cruise Line, as owner and operator of the Disney Magic, shall not be liable or responsible in any way for any death, personal injury, illness or emotional distress occasioned by any guest, or for loss or damage to any guest's property, which arises by reason of any act or omission by providers of air or ground transportation, shore excurions, tours, restaurants, hotels, theme parks, or other similar services or activities. All concessionaires and their employees operating on the disney Magic, including without limitation, the health club, fitness center, spa, hair salon, and laundry are independent contractors and Disney Cruise Line is not responsible for any such party's acts or omissions in providing any goods or services to guests.

Walt Disney World Resort Room Location

At the Walt Disney World Resort Hotel, adjacent rooms, connecting rooms, specfic room location and types of rooms or bedding are on a request basis only and are subject to availability at the time of check-in. These requests may result in additional charges to be paid directly to the resort. Rollaways and cribs are available at selected Walt Disney World Resort hotels on a request basis for an additional charge.

Travel Insurance

Disney Cruise Vacations Protection Plan

Disney Cruise Vacations is pleased to offer our Vacation Protection Plan. Our Plan will protect your vacation investment in the case of certain unforeseen covered circumstances such is illness or delays that result in the cancellation or interruption of your vacation. The plan is effective at the time of final payment and is completety refundable should you cancel your reservation prior to the cancellation penalty period. The following is a brief summary of the protections afforded.

Trip Cancellation / Interruption Protection

Full reimbursement for any nonrefundable penalties incurred if you must cancel or interrupt your trip due to covered medical conditions or other specified causes affecting you, immediate family member-, or your travel companions.

Travel Delay Protection

If your anticipated arrvial is delayed 12 hours or more due to an airline delay, caused by covered reasons, you will be reimbursed up to $500 per guest to cover accommodations, meals and transportation.

Emergancy Medical/Dental Coverage

For emergency sickness or injury while on your trip, you will be reimbursed up to $10,000 per guest for covered emergency medical expenses.

Emergancy Evacuation

Serious illness or injury may necessitate emergency air or ground transportation. The policy will cover up to $30,000 per guest for covered transfer to the nearest rnedical facility.

Emergancy Assistance

World-wide assistance with a 24-hour hotline when you need help with lost documents, cash transfers, and other travel-related problems.

Baggage Protection

The poticy provides up to $3,000 per guest in baggage and personal effects protection due to covered loss, thrft or damage. For airline delays of more than 24 hours, you will be reimbursed up to $500 for a reasonable, additional purchase of essential items. The price of the insurance plan is based on the length of your vacation. Prices are per guest and are subject to change without notice:

If you purchase our Vacation Protection Plan and cancel for any reason not covered by the insurance plan, you will receive a credit equal to 75% of the non-refundable cancellation penality toward your future cruise within one year after the cancellation date arranged by Disney Cruise Vacations.
