Morning sightseeing of this frontierflavored city includes the Calgary Tower and a visit to Heritage Park. Travel through some of Canada's most scenic landscapes along the Trans-Canada Highway to Banff National Park. Spend two nights at the legendary Banff Springs Hotel, the castle-like landmark that has overlooked the Bow Valley since 1888. During the hotel lighting ceremony, uniquely costumed, old-world Santas lead a procession of characters through the grand halls of the hotel. Enjoy a German dinner at the Waldhaus Restaurant. Helicopter flightseeing

See the beauty of Banff National Park and Mount Assiniborne in the distance on a helicopter flightseeing excursion. Have the rest of the day for activities like skiing or snowshoeing, or find soothing refuge at Solace, the hotel's new spa. Enjoy everything from facials, body therapies and wraps to mineral herbal baths and massage therapies. This evening join in the traditional Rob Roy dinner and dancing. BANFF SPRINGS HOTEL.
Dogsled ride - Lake Louise

Your morning is free to shop in Banff before settling into a dogsled as a team of huskies draws you along wooded trails. Later you'll drive to the gem of the Rockies, Lake Louise, one of the most beautiful spots on the continent. Spend two enchanting nights in deluxe lakeview rooms at Chateau Lake Louise in a postcard setting on the shore of Lake Louise. Have time to ski, skate on the rink outside your door or stay inside and join in the trimming of the tree. Christmas Eve dinner is followed by the Christmas Pageant and caroling by the Chateau choir. Christmas day Sleigh ride

Merry Christmas! The morning is free to attend church services and then enjoy Christmas brunch. This afternoon go for a sleigh ride to see the winter wonderland and magnificent Victoria Glacier. Relax during tonight's farewell Christmas dinner at CHATEAU LAKE LOUISE.

After breakfast it's time to head home. Your motorcoach returns to Calgary Airport, arriving about 10:30 a.m. Your flight home should not be booked earlier than noon. Thank you for joining us for a winter holiday in the Canadian Rockies. Travel with us again soon.
