RESPONSIBILITY: Information contained in this online brochure is not an offer or a contract. The transportation of passengers and baggage on RSSC vessels is provided solely by the company and is governed by the terms and conditions printed on the Passage Contract (the Ticket). Your acceptance of a ticket constitutes agreement to those terms and conditions. Among other rights reserved by the company, the company may choose not to accept any person as a member of the cruise for any reason, Any cruise may be cancelled, shortened or lengthened as circumstances so demand. Right is reserved to assess fares and charges in effect at the time of sailing.

While the greatest care has been taken to offer the finest services available, RSSC is not to be held responsible for any act, event or emission during the time that passengers are not on board the ship. All arrangements for air transportation, lodging, transfers and shore excursions are made by RSSC solely as an accommodation for the suppliers of the services featured in this brochure. Each passenger agrees not to hold RSSC, its owners, its agents or representatives liable, in the -absence of its own negligence, for any loss, injury, expense or damage which results either directly or indirectly from any act or omission, whether negligent or otherwise, of any person or firm which provides any goods or services in connection with the trip or any available option. Without limiting the foregoing, RSSC shalt have no liability to any passenger for the quality of services and the condition of cleanliness at a hotel or housing facility, or for any transportation delay, including, but not limited to liability for inconvenience, shonened vacation time, additional expense, or any other kind of damage. RSSC also expressly disclairm all responsibility of any nature whatsoever for any loss, damage or injury to property or person from the provision of any air, rail or motorcoach transportation.

Deposit or payment for a reservation constitutes consent to all terms and conditions.

ITINERARY: Passengers acknowledge that the scheduled itinerary is subject to delay, modification, or port-of-call cancellation due to weather and other causes beyond the control of RSSC. If necessary, at the sole discretion of RSSC, RSSC may substitute ports-of-call or make itinerary changes provided that in doing so, reasonable attempts are made to make the substitutions to the same benefit or advantage to the Passenger. Further, reservations are subject to change in the event of a full ship charter.

ADVANCED, CANCELED OR DELAYED SAILINGS: In the event of a charter of the vessel or stoppage of labor for whatever cause or for any other reason beyond its control, RSSC may cancet or postpone any scheduled sailing and shall not be liable for any loss to passengers by reason ofsuch cancellation or postponement.

CRUISE FARE: The cruise fares shown are in US dollars and are per person, double occupancy. The fare paid by the Passenger covers all normal shipboard services, meals, gratuities, accommodations and facilities. It does not cover optional shore excursions, sightseeing or meals ashore, port charges, NAFFA or airline taxes, liquor, wines, laundry or valet services or any other items or services of a personal nature unless specified in writing for a specific cruise. All cruise fares art! subject to change at any time.

ACCOMMODATION OF CHILDREN: RSSC is unable to accept children under 6 months of age and reserves the right to limit the number of children. Any child under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or responsible adult over the age of 21. If the accompanying adult is not the parent or legal guardian, parent or legal guardian must consent in writing to the child's embarkation.

DEPOSIT & PAYMENT: A deposit of 10% of the per person fare is required within 7 days of reservation to confirm a booking. Final payment must be received ninety (90) days prior to departure of the vessel, or scheduled air tour departure when included. Payment may be made by personal check, American Express, Discover, VISA, MasterCard or Diners Club.

CANCELLATION & REFUNDS: Cancellation requests must be addressed to and received in writing at Radisson Reservations-Cruise Division, 11,340 Blondo Street, Omaha, NE 68164. Between 120 and

91 days of sailing, an administrative fee of $50 per person will be assesed on deposited reservations. Requests received later will be subject to the following charges:

All refunds are subject to incurred costs for hotel, air and ground services where applicable. We are unable to provide refunds for lost tickets, tickets not used (in whole or in part), or for Passengers failing to bring travel and health documents as required.

RESERVATIONS CHANGES: After final documentation has been issued, a $50 per person fee will be assessed for any changes made to passenger names, hotel and/or airline arrangements.

TRAVEL, VISA & HEALTH DOCUMENTS: Passengers should consult their travel agents, health service and/or physician to determine the travel and health documents required.

HEALTH & MEDICAL MATTERS: Each Passenger represents andwarrants that he or she is physically and otherwise fit to travel m the voyage. Any physical disability that may require attention or treatment must be reported to RSSC at time of booking. Passengers confined to wheelchairs must notify RSSC at time of booking, and should recognize that conditions in some ports of call may preclude them from going ashore. RSSC strongly recommends that wheelchair passengers travel with someone who is able to assist them. Shipboard medical services and facilities, including doctor, nurse and medications, are available to all passengers at a reasonable charge.

AIR TRANSPORTATION: When included, air transportation is based on economy/coach or similar class of service on scheduled or charter services of IATA or U.S. air carriers. Designated air departure or return cities are at the discretion ofRSSC and are subject to change without notice. RSSC reserves the right to choose the air carrier, routing and scheduling to and from each city and the right to substitute charter flights for scheduled air and vice versa. Service is subject to availability during holiday periods.

Airline tickets issued by RSSC may be restricted as a result of the type of airfare arranged. As a result, you may find that your ticket may not he reissued or exchanged for another air carrier or routing. Cancellation or rebooking charges may be assessed by the airline for any changes made to the ticket. These charges are the sole responsibilityofthep senger.

Advance seat selection is subject to the poticy of the participating air carrier and may not be available. The service and responsibility of the air carrier used in conjunction with any RSSC cruise program is subject to and limited by the terms and conditions of applicable tariffs published and the tickets issued by the air carriers.

AIR SERVICE UPGRADES: Passengers using our all-inclusive package may upgrade to business or first-class air service subject to space availability by the airline used in conjunction with the itinerary, and upon payment of the fare difference. Upgrades are limited to Transatlantic and Transpacific flights only.

REQUIRED HOTEL OVERNIGHT: Certain cruise departures may require a one-night, pre- or post-cruise overnight hotel stay due to airline scheduling. There will be no charge for this necessary layover for passengers who have purchased the RSSC air add-on program. Passengers not participating in the RSSC air program may take advantage of RSSCs pre-arranged accommodations at the applicable hotel rate. When required overnight stays are necessary, RSSC reserves the right to select the city and hotel accommodations.

PRE- AND POST-CRUISE PACKAGES: Pre- and post-cruise packages purchased in conjunction with any cruise itinerary listed in this brochure may include transfers, hotel accommodations, and service fees, here[ portage and the services of a hospitality desk. Specific hotels will be confirmed at the time of final documentation. Once confirmed, partial refunds will not be given for unused services. Availability of some pre- and Ix)st,cruise packages may be limited. In cases where a land program included in the all-inclusive fare is not available, passengers will be given the appropriate air and land credit and may make their own arrangements. Accommodations are subject to availability during holiday periods.

ATTIRE: Dining Room. Practical comfort is the norm on board our vessels. Most evenings, a jacket is required for men. For women, suitable resort wear or dresses are appropriate. jeans, shorts, T-shirts or tennis shoes are not allowed at dinner. Wardrobe selections should include suitable attire for Captain's Welcome Aboard and Farewell functions. Sim Excursions. Casual attire is suggested for most shore excursions. Comfortable walking shoes are highly recommended.

BAGGAGE:All baggage must be securely packed and labeled with the Passenger's full name, ship's name and first sailing date. RSSC accepts no responsibility for luggage that is not properly packed or labeled, and certain items are excluded unless registered with the Ship's Master. Liability of RSSC is specified in the Passenger Ticket.

CRUISE DOCUMENTS: Cruise documents and airline tickets will be sent to passengers after receipt of final payment and required passenger information, approximately 25 days prior to departure.

EMBARKATION: Embarkation normally begins at 3 p.m. It is the responsibility of the Passenger to be on board the vessel at least one hour before posted departure time. Please refer to your cruise ticket for confirmation of embarkation time. At your final destination, passengers should not expect to leave the ship for at least two hours following the shii;s arrival.'These times are subject to change.

GRATUITIES: Gratuities for all service personnel are included in the cruise fare.

SHORE EXCURSIONS: When optional, a program of shore excursions may be made available for purchase on board the vessel. Advance information will be sent with final documentation where applicable. When included in the cruise package, shore excursions are non-refundable.

PAYMENTS: All payments by Passengers to RSSC or its service providers must be made in U.S. currency, and must be paid before final disembarkation.

VISITORS: Visitors to our vessels are restricted in all ports of call worldwide. Special arrangements may be requested by writing RSSC at least 30 days prior to departure.

IMPORTANT: RSSC makes every effort to adhere to the specifics shown in this or any publication. However, circumstances may necessitate variations. All information contained herein is subject to change. All cruise and air fares listed are in effect at time of printing. Under normal conditions, cruise fare is guaranteed when payment of deposit is received. 'fhe only exception is an event causing a significant change in company operating costs, such as a major change in world conditions, a sharp increase in oil prices or other circumstances beyond the control of RSSC.

PASSENGER PROTECTION PROGRAM: We strongly encourage our Passengers to obtain some form of trip cancellation and medical coverage as Medicare and many other health plans do not cover participants travelling outside the United States. RSSC has arranged for a comprehensive passenger protection program (die plan) that provides health and baggage insurance, together with other benefits, at competitive prices. The cost of this protection plan is calculated based on the price you pay for your cruise, and will be autoniatically charged unless declined at the time of booking or in writing at the time of Final Payment. Complete details on terms and conditions are fully presented in the Description ofcoverage insert included with RSSC invoices or are available by calling the plan administrator, Berkeley Care at 800-453-4023 or 516-294-0220. The plan is only available to North American residents.

AIR PROGRAM INFORMATION: Radisson Seven Seas Cruises' Air/Hotel Program is limited to the designated gateway cities shown and is subject to availability at the time of booking. All complimentary and subsidized air service is based on Economy Class travel, using the carriers and routing of Radisson Seven Seas Cruises' choice. Radisson Seven Seas Cruises reserves the right to use charter air service where applicable. As the air fares negotiated by Radisson Seven Seas Cruises are very restricted, all tickets issued are nonendorsable and cannot be exchanged for another carrier or alternative routing. Any charges that result from a ticket alteration being made by or on behaff of the Guest, will be the sole responsibility of the Guest. All airline tickets issued by Radisson Seven Seas Cruises are refundable only to Radisson Seven Seas Cruises. Any unused portion of the flight ticket must be tetumed to Radissm Seven Seas Cruises. We will, in turn, determine the amount of refund due.

Radisson Seven Seas Cruises reserves the right to choose the air carrier and routing from each gateway city and the right to change airline routing for any reason and/or reroute Guests without prior notice to the nearest departure city if adequate air service is unavailable. Occasionally, due to scheduling conflicts, an enroute ovemight might be necessary. Should this be the case, Radisson Seven Seas Cruises will advise you or your travel agent about this at the time of confirming your air schedule. Unless otherwise specified in the cruise program description, any costs associated with the events described above will be the responsibility of the Guest.

As the air fares offered are negotiated at very favorable rates and usually below published levels, availability is limited. Radisson Seven Seas Cruises will do its utmost to secure these fares for you. However, the earlier you book your cruise, the more likely we will be able to obtain your ticket at this specially negotiated fare.

Regrettably, seat assignments, special handling, meals or 'any other special request cannot be confirmed by Radisson Seven Seas Cruises. If you require such special assistance we suggest you consult your travel agent who can assist you accordingly.

All Guests who elect not to participate in Radisson Seven Seas Cruises' standard Air/Hotel Program, or do not purchase transfer arrangements from Radisson Seven Seas Cruises, will be responsible for their own transfer arrangements to and from the ship.

Radisson Seven Seas Cruises is not responsible for any expenses or costs incurred as a result of, including but not limited to, strikes, changes, delays and inclement weather as it is related to the ship's schedule or by change in schedules or routing by the passenger, travel agent or airline. In the case of loss of die airline ticket, the replacement and cost of same will be the responsibility of the Guest.

For Guests who prefer to make their own air arrangements to and from the ports of embarkation and disembarkation and choose not to take advantage of our Air/Hotel program, Radisson Seven Seas Cruises will extend a credit as listed with each itinerary.

Radisson Seven Seas Cruises offers all Guests complimentary transfers to and from the airport, hotel and ship in conjunction with this Air/Hotel program on the day of the program's commencement or completion.

UPGRADE OVER THE SEVEN SEAS

Radisson Seven Seas Cruises offers our guests the opportunity to upgrade to First Class from 79 gateway cities. Individual cruise itineraries either include free economy class air transportation or require tow add-ons from designated U.S. and Canadian gateways. Supplemental one-way charges for upgrading to First Class are indicated on the chart below, and are in addition to the economy class air d6-ons where applicable. Please note these representative airfares are subject to change, aiid Radisson Sevcn Seas Cruises will in all cases confirm the most competitive airfares available at the time f cruise booking. Atl carriers and routings are at the discretion of Radisson Seven Seas Cruises. Requests for specific routing and/or carrier may result in an additional supplement.
