General Information

RESERVATIONS AND DEPOSITS: An initial deposit of $2500.00 per person is COST OF THE TOUR DOES NOT INCLUDE: Passport and health expenses; required at the time of registration. An additional $5000.00 deposit is due five laundry; wines and liquor (exceptas noted and in-flight on American Trans Air); months prior to departure. Final payment is due 75 days prior to departUFe. All mineral water and all items of a personal nature; items not included on regular payments must be made payable to First National Bank of Chicago, the escrow menus; health, accident, baggage, and trip cancellation insurance; tipping for holder for Travel Corporation of America (TRAVCOA). any personal services, gratuity to the Tour Manager, and other items not mentioned as being included. WE STRONGLY RECOMMEND THE PURCHASE OF TRIP CANCELLATION INSURANCE.

COST OF THE TOUR INCLUDES:

a) TRANSPORTATION:

Limousine transfer from your home to hometown airport at the beginning and end of the tour. First-class airlare from your hometown to meet the Private Jet at the beginning of the tour and from the Private Jet back to your hometown at the end of the tour. Air transportation by L-1011 jet reconfigured to accommodate all passengers in first-class seating. Special flights on other airlines are included as noted in the itinerary.

b) HOTELS:

Deluxe or best available accommodations on the basis of two persons sharing a twin-bedded roo .m with bath. Air-conditioning everywhere except where not available. Single rooms must be reserved in advance at a supplementary charge. Single rooms on the Blue Train, Mala Malaand Skorpios III are very limited and cannot be confirmed until 6 weeks before departure, depending on availability. Right is reserved to substitute hotels named in the brochure when necessary.

c) MEALS:

All meals included on Ala carte basis, except where not available or practical, then table d'hote is offered. Wine and liquors are included on the Private Jet and on the Skorpios III cruise. Regional wines or liquors are included with some lunches and dinners.

d) SIGHTSEEING:

With English-speaking guides as shown in the itinerary, including entrancefeesforplacesvisited. There will be nosmoking on tour buses, but stops will be made for smokers' convenience.

e) LUGGAGE:

All transportation and transfers of two normal-size puliman suitcases. One overnight bag will be supplied by TRAVCOA with the understanding that the overnight bag is to be constantly in the care of the owner. Limited weight 100 pounds. Baggage insurance is recommended and available upon request at additional cost.

f) GRATUITIES:

All gratuities to hotel staff and guides for normal on-tour services. The customary end-of-the-tour gratuity to the Tour Manager is not included.

g) TAXES:

Taxesareincludedonstandardservicesasshownintheitinerary, including airport taxes.

h) VISAS:

Travcoa will secure the required visas provided that the passenger supplies the passport, required photos and completed forms 60 days prior to departure.

CONDITIONS:

An Operator-Participant Contract with Terms & Conditions is available upon request, including details about the cancellation and refund policy, in accordance with the guidelines of the U.S. Dept. of Transportation.

HEALTH:

We strongly urge you to see your doctor before departure to insure that you are in good general health and that you have sufficient quantity of any prescription medicine you require.

INSURANCE:

TRAVCOA cannot be responsible or liable for loss, damage or theft of personal luggage and belongings, nor can we be liable for personal injury, accident or illness. In most foreign countries, insurance coverage of personal injury, accident or illness is not available on the basis of U.S. standards. That is why we strongly urge you to check with your insurance agent to make sure you are adequately covered for any eventualities. You can purchase additional insurance from either your insurance broker or your travel agent to cover luggage, personal effects and accident and health.

IMPORTANT NOTICE:

TRAVCOA reserves the right to decline to accept or retain any person as a tour passenger should such person's health or mental condition or physical infirmity or general deportment impede the operation of the tour or the rights or welfare or enjoyment of other tour passengers, and refund of unused land tour services is the limit of TRAVCOA's liability.

RESPONSIBILITY:

Travel Corporation of America (TRAVCOA) reserves the right without notice to withdraw any part or all of the tour and to make such changes as may be necessary and the extra cost, if any, resulting therefrom shall be paid by the tour members. Except where otherwise stated, TRAVCOA acts only as an agent in securing hotels, transportation and other travel services, and in no event shall TRAVCOA be liable in the event of any failure by any person or company to render any transportation, lodging or other travel service to be provided on the tour. All hotels, transportation and other travel services are provided to tour members subject to all the terms and conditions under which they are off ered to the public generally. Neither TRAVCOA nor its agents shall be liable for any personal injury, property loss or other damage to any tour member sustained on the tour whether arising out of or incident to the tour or otherwise. The acceptance of the initial service to be provided under the tour shall be considered an acceptance by the tour member of these conditions. Inclement weather and other acts of God may necessitate changes in the itinerary as outlined in the responsibility clause. Land and air costs are based on exchange rates as ofJuly2,1996 and aresubject to change depending on international currency fluctuation, fuel surcharges, and/or inflation.
